TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in our Silver Fox rabbits. Please read our sales agreement regarding the purchase of any of our rabbits. If a rabbit is purchased it will be assumed that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. This policy applies to anyone who purchases a rabbit from us, whether they choose to read the agreement or not.

DEPOSITS
We do accept a 50% deposit to hold currently available kits. Deposits are non-refundable unless the rabbit we are holding in your name unexpectedly dies or becomes ill before your pickup date. This can occasionally occur.
DEPOSITS ARE NOT NECESSARY UNLESS YOU
WANT TO HOLD A SPECIFIC COLOR OR SEX.
SALE REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse sale of a rabbit if we have reason to believe the rabbit will not be well cared for. If we refuse a sale, we will refund your deposit in full.
SHIPPING
We do not currently ship rabbits. Arrangements are made for local pickup
from the farm, by communication through our contact page or by sending us an email. We will respond within 48 hours.
PEDIGREE CERTIFICATES
Pedigree certificates can be purchased per rabbit for $5. If purchasing a breeding pair or trio, certificates are discounted to $3.00 per rabbit.
WAITING LIST
We breed from very early Spring into early winter.
We do accept pre-orders throughout the year.
If we do not currently have what you are looking for, consider getting on our waiting list. We cannot guarantee we will have your choice of baby rabbit (i.e. color or sex) for you at the expected time on the waiting list, due to the unpredictability of each breeding/litter that is born. However, it is our intention to fulfill each reservation on the waiting list in order. We will communicate availability as each litter is born, and if we do not have the rabbit that you have reserved, we unfortunately may have to move you to the next waiting list. In the event this happens, we will give you the opportunity to choose another rabbit providing we have fulfilled other reservations and have an available rabbit that has not been reserved to someone else on the waiting list. This does happen occasionally, so your patience is appreciated.
PICKING UP
We do our best to make sure each buyer is confident and comfortable with caring for, and taking their new rabbit home, before they leave our property with their purchased rabbit. We do provide a small sample of the current feed(pellets) for the buyer to go home with to help transition the rabbit to the buyer’s choice of food once they are in the buyer’s possession.
Rabbit(s) must be paid in full before leaving our property.
You must bring your own crate, cage or kennel to transport your rabbit home in. We do not keep extra boxes and therefore do not provide boxes, crates, kennels or any form of caged transport for the ride home.
WARRANTY
We offer a Conditional Warranty for those that come to our home for pick-up and live locally. We WILL NOT sell a rabbit, if we are knowingly aware there is a health issue. It is our intention to breed healthy, well cared for rabbits and want our buyers to be satisfied.
If a rabbit dies or becomes seriously ill within 5 days, and only if we feel that it is not due to improper care or harm. We will either refund the full amount or give the customer a new rabbit of the same sex and color, if we have one available. If we do not have an even exchange, we will offer an alternative if available.
Long road trips can be stressful for a rabbit. Although a rabbit can be transported on a long-distance trip to their new home and arrive safely, We DO NOT offer refunds or replacement to those that purchase our rabbits, and live four or more hours from our location.
We DO NOT cover ANY Veterinary bills, charges, financing balances etc. under any circumstance for your rabbit’s care for any reason including but not limited to illness, injury, or genetic defects. You agree to hold the seller harmless for any, and all expenses to care for your sick rabbit.
We WILL NOT refund the cost of a rabbit if a buyer later decides the rabbit is not a good fit for their family, or they are no longer able to care for it.
We WILL NOT refund a rabbit if a family feels the rabbit is not well behaved. We have no control over the rabbit’s demeanor and personality once they leave our possession.
We encourage and expect buyers to double check the gender and health of the rabbit before purchase. It is difficult to sex a rabbit at weaning age when rabbits are posted for sale. We do our best to correctly advertise the gender of each rabbit, but mistakes are possible. We are NOT obligated to exchange a rabbit because of a gender error, but we will do our best if we have the correct gender available and it if it is brought to our attention within 24 hours of purchase.
We care for our rabbit’s welfare and if at any time you can no longer care for the rabbit you purchased from us, we will take the rabbit back 14 days after we are notified and not any sooner, to prevent taking back a suddenly ill rabbit into our rabbitry for bio security reasons. NO refund will be given. We ask that you return the rabbit with the housing he/she was living in as we do not have unlimited caging available. Please also return the Pedigree if one was purchased with the rabbit, but it is not required. We are not obligated to accept the rabbit back if we suspect it is ill for the reasons stated above to protect our rabbitry herd.
We reserve the right to decline acceptance of a returning rabbit due to space limitations.
